1. Pricing

• All prices are quoted in USD and Indian Rupees (INR).
• Prices are based on current market rates at the time of quotation.
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• Rates are valid only for the period mentioned in the quotation.
• Since hotels, airlines, and other services are provided by third parties, prices are subject to their revisions.

2. Refund Policy

• No refund will be provided if services cannot be delivered due to circumstances beyond our control.
• Such circumstances include:
  •    Government regulations or restrictions
  •    Natural disasters
  •    Political unrest or civil disturbances
  •    Strikes or labor disputes
  •    Flight cancellations
  •    Any other force majeure events
• No refund will be made for unused services after the trip has started.

3. Hotel Turn-Away Policy

• In rare cases, a confirmed hotel or resort may be unable to provide the booked accommodation.
• The hotel or resort will arrange alternative accommodation of a similar standard whenever possible.
• Any additional costs arising from this change will be borne by the client.
• Khushi Travels and Consulting Group will assist in coordinating the alternative arrangements.

4. Deposit and Payment Terms

• A deposit of 40% of the total land and tour cost is required to confirm the booking.
• The deposit must be received at least 7 days before the group's arrival date.
• Full payment must be completed before departure to Kathmandu.
• Exceptions apply only if prior credit arrangements have been approved.

5. Reservations

• Reservations can be made by:
  •    Email
  •    Telephone
  •    WhatsApp
  •    Other written communication
• Clients must clearly specify all required services.
• All reservations are subject to written confirmation from Khushi Travels and Consulting Group.
• Final reconfirmation and rooming list may be required before arrival.

6. Credit Policy

• Travel agents and tour operators may apply for credit facilities.
• All applications are subject to internal review.
• Approval or rejection will be communicated after evaluation.

7. Complimentary Policy

• One complimentary place is provided for every 15 paying guests.
• The complimentary accommodation is offered on a twin-sharing basis.
• Single-room accommodation is not included unless otherwise agreed.

8. Trip Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation charges are applied according to the following schedule:

• This policy applies in all cases without exception.
• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and accidents.

9. Costs Not Included

• International and domestic airfare
• Visa and passport fees
• Travel insurance
• Personal expenses
• Tips for guides, drivers, and trekking staff
• Medical treatment and emergency evacuation
• Vaccinations and health check-ups
• Excess baggage charges
• Airport taxes
• Any item not specifically mentioned in the quotation

10. Airline Responsibility

• Airlines are responsible only for services provided while passengers are onboard their aircraft.
• Airline tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing airline.
• The airline contract is governed by the laws of the countries involved.

11. Final Agreement

By making a reservation and paying a deposit to Khushi Travels and Consulting Group or its authorized representatives, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
• You agree to all policies stated above.
• You accept the responsibilities and obligations associated with your booking.
